H2: DETAIL OFAL-HAKAM:

  •    "the word "hakam" comes from "hakam". means "command" and "hakam" means "commander". this name has been mentioned in the holy quran for allah almighty in surah al-an'am. "change allah's judgment (al-anaam 114)."
  •    "and the word command has appeared in several places in the holy quran. so the judgment belongs to allah, the most high, the great (al-mumin 12), this word has also been used for allah almighty in an'am and qasas, noon and tur."
  •    "the name of allah almighty is mentioned in surah hud and surah at-teen as "the most wise of judges" and in surah al-a'raf, yunus and yusuf as "the best of judges."
  •    "the rulers include both the worldly and spiritual rulers. allah almighty has mentioned the prophets and then said: 'those to whom we have given the book and the judgment and the prophethood (al-an'am 89), "indeed, the lord is the one who rules over all. he is the one whose command is the best and the highest." this name has not been mentioned as a name in the holy quran."
  •   "those who establish a relationship with this name must submit to allah almighty in mutual matters. follow the instructions and be content with the decision of allah almighty even in matters of the heart."
