the one who judges perfect justice,whose decision is final and free from error,opression,or bias
.root letters:h-k-m. core meaning: to judge, to decide, to restrain justice, to rule with wisdom
 .allah's ﷻ  judgement is complete, final, and based on absolute knowledge.humans judge with limited understanding. allah ﷻ  judges with perfect knowledge and perfect justice.

H2: QUR'ANIC VERSES

  ۞.   "judgment belongs to none but allah ﷻ ."
                                                                                                                      surah yusuf 12:40
  ۞.  "shall i seek a judge other than allah ﷻ ?"

۩.  protects the heart from anxiety
۩.  prevents revenge and bitterness
۩.  builds patience, dignity, and inner peace

۞. when a believer says:

 "allah ﷻ  will judge best"

۩.  if you are wronged-al-hakamu is sufficient
۩.  if a situation feels unclear- al-hakamu knows
۩.  if justice seems delayed - al-hakamu is never late
