H2: MEANING OF AL-MUHAIMIN:

the name al-muhaimin means:
     "the protector,the guardian,the watchful,the one who gives security".
    he is the one who watches overall creation,protects them from harm,and preserves everything in his perfect knowledge and power.

H2: QURAANIC REFERENCE

هُوَ اللَّهُ الَّذِي لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْمَلِكُ الْقُدُّوسُ السَّلَامُ الْمُؤْمِنُ الْمُهَيْمِن
(surah al-hashr(59:23)ُ

  TRANSLATION:

   "he is allah ﷻ ,besides whom there is no god,the sovereign,the pure,the source of peace,the giver of faith,the protector(al-muhaimin)."

H2: DETAIL NAME OF ALLAH AL-MUHAIMINU:

  •          "this noun is derived from the word "he who rules over the bird" which means "the bird hid its young under its wings". hence the idiom " he who rules over such and such a thing" was created. the second word in the word "guest" is "bal-kasar" and it is also read "bal-fath". "bal-kasar" means "guardian", "one" (bal-fath means) "who makes us safe from the dear of others". the trustworthy one who does not waste anyone's rights. the one who removes every fear and danger."
  •        "the name of allah in all  these attributes. this is the dictionary says that it was originally ma'min (a badu hamza). the second hamza has been replaced by the letter ya and the first hamza has been replaced by the letter tha. it has become muhaymin."
  •       "in surah maidah, the name of holy quran is mentioned as muhaymin. and we have sent down to you the book in truth, authentic to what is in his hand of the book, and we are faithful to it.(al-maida 48)."
  •       "the meaning here is that the holy quran is the guardian of the contents of the books that come before it, meaning that this quran is the comprehensive and protector of thre teachings of all the previous books."
  •     "this quran contains shariah, which is like the law, and even more than that. it also offers grace equal to and more complete than the gospel. it is a treasure trove of interesting and even more mystical supplications, like the psalms."
  •    "he has revealed more about the unseen than the books of isaiah and daniel. and of all these this book has become dominant in terms of meanings. this holy name is one of the most beautiful names and is a comprehensive expression of the salutations and the believer."
  •     "muhaymin is also used in the sense of qa'lim (the one who is dominant ove rcreation). abu bakr siddiq (the one who is dominant ove rcreation ) is a companion of the prophet muhammad (peace be upon him)."

    "whoever recites (YA MUHAIMINU) one hundred twenty five (125) times after every prayer , allah almighty will purify their inner and outer self from sins. they will be protected from wordly trials and tribulations, and will attain a high rank and honor."

H2: IN THE LIGHT OF HADITH ﷺ :

    although the word "AL-MUHAIMIN" itself it rarely mentioned directly in hadith,the prophet muhammad ﷺ  said:
"allah ﷻ  is kind to his servants;he knows their hearts and protects them".
                                                                          (mishkat-al-masabih)
        this saying relfects the spiritual meaning of AL-MUHAIMIN-allah is the on who watches,guard,and protect.

 ♦HAZRAT ABDUR QADIR JILLANI(R.A)

             "the remembrance of al-muhaimin grants peace to the heart.whoever recites it regularly   will live under allah's ﷻ divine protection".

   ♦HAZRAT SULTAN BAHU(R.A):

             "AL-MUHAIMIN keeps the heart of the seeker safe from the whispers of the ego and shaytan,and draws him nearer to the secret of divine presence".


H2: INTENTION (NIYYAH):

  ۩. to seek allah's PROTECTION,
  ۩. for INNER PEACE AND SAFETY,
  ۩. to be free from FEAR,ANXIETY,OR EVIL,
  ۩. to strenghthen FAITH AND TRUST allah.

H2: SPECIAL SPIRITUAL AMAL(PRACTICE):

if someone suffers from EVIL WHISPERS,FEAR,OR UNSSEN HARM,THEN:
  ۩. recite DUROOD SHAREEF 11 times,
  ۩. then "YA-MUHAIMIN" 145 times,
  ۩. again DUROOD SHAREEF 11 times,
  ۩. blow on water,drink it or sprinkle it in your home.
